Adding IrisCX to Your Device as a Shortcut

Step-by-step instructions for creating an IrisCX shortcut on your mobile device or desktop (Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows).

IrisCX is available through your team’s custom workspace URL (for example: https://yourcompany.iriscx.com). Since this link is unique to your organization, it’s a good idea to bookmark it or save it as a shortcut icon on your mobile device or desktop. This makes it quick and easy to access IrisCX whenever you need it, without having to look up the link each time.
