A simple way to keep sessions and customer info organized by address.
Why use Properties?
In many industries, knowing exactly where work is happening is important. Whether you're working with property managers, field technicians, or homeowners, being able to tie a session to a specific location helps keep things accurate and consistent.
Without a clear way to organize by address, it’s easy for things to get disorganized—especially when managing multiple visits or units. Properties gives you a simple way to avoid that.
What you can do with Properties
🗂 A dedicated Properties tab
You’ll now see a Properties tab in IrisCX. This is where you can:
-
Create and manage properties or units
- Link Units to a parent property
-
Link customers directly to specific properties or units
This is helpful for managing multi-unit buildings or for any team that works with the same locations more than once.
Properties Tab allows you to create or edit propertiesLink units to a parent property, or link customers to a property/unit
🧭 Assign a property when creating a session
When starting a new session, you can now select a property right away that will be associated with this session. This keeps everything organized from the beginning—no need to update later.
📌 See properties in your sessions table
We’ve added a Properties column to your sessions table. It shows the property/unit linked to each session, so it’s easier to:
-
See where each session happened
-
Sort and search by location
✅ When Properties is useful
You’ll likely find this feature helpful if:
-
You regularly work at different addresses
-
You support multi-unit buildings or large properties
-
You need to keep a clear record of sessions by location
