How to bookmark your IrisCX workspace?

Bookmark your workspace URL to access IrisCX easier and faster. This guide will show you how to bookmark your workspace in Chrome and Safari.

How to bookmark a webpage on Google Chrome:

  1. Open Chrome: Launch your Chrome browser and navigate to your workspace URL (e.g. https://yourcompany.iriscx.com)

  2. Click the Star Icon: Look at the right end of the address bar. You'll see a star icon. Click on this star. A dialog box will appear.

3. Edit the Bookmark:

    • Name: The dialog box will allow you to edit the name of the bookmark for easier recognition.
    • Folder: You can choose to save the bookmark in the "Bookmarks Bar" for easy access or select another folder, or even create a new folder to organize your bookmarks.
    • Save the Bookmark: After making your adjustments, click "Done" to save the bookmark.

To access your bookmarks later, you can either click on the bookmarks bar directly if you've saved it there or click the three dots in the upper-right corner of Chrome, go to "Bookmarks," and then select "Bookmark manager" to see all your bookmarks.

 

How to bookmark a webpage on Safari:

  1. Open Safari: Launch Safari on your device (Mac, iPhone, or iPad).
  2. Go to the Webpage: Navigate to your workspace URL.
  3. Add Bookmark:
    • On a Mac: Click the "Share" button (it looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of it) in the toolbar, then select "Add Bookmark" from the dropdown menu. You can also press Command (⌘) + D.

    • On an iPhone or iPad: Tap the "Share" icon (the square with an arrow pointing up), then tap "Add Bookmark" or the plus (+) icon, depending on your iOS version.
  4. Edit Details: Choose the folder where you want to save the bookmark, and edit the name if you wish.
  5. Save: Click "Save" or "Add" to finalize the bookmark.

Now, the webpage will be saved in your bookmarks, which you can access anytime you need it.
