How to access AskIris

Embed on Your Website

To make AskIris available to your customers, you can easily embed it on your website. This allows visitors to interact with the chatbot directly from your site, providing instant answers and support around the clock.

How It Works


1. Customer Interaction: Customers interact with AskIris by asking a wide range of questions (in any language!)


2. Curated Responses: AskIris generates responses based solely on a library (Document Hub) of information curated by your team, ensuring accuracy and relevance in each response. Upload any PDF document. The AI model will learn all of the information in 10-20 seconds. Toggle ON/OFF material that you would like to have referenced.

 


3. Video Guided Service Request: For more detailed assistance, customers can request and initiate a video guided service request via the chatbot.

How It Works



1. Access: The AskIris button is available from the Session View modal window > Tasks

2. Ask Questions: From the AskIris modal window, enter your questions in the chat box. Responses will come up, along with references to supporting material from the Document Hub


3. Hyperlink Reference: Click on hyperlinks to reference the original source document for the generated responses, ensuring accuracy and quick access to information.
