This article covers the new join screen for users and their customers.
In this latest release, we have updated the UI/UX of what was previously known as the "caller menu" screen.
Before you join the ICwhatUC session now, you will be shown a preview of your video as well as the ability to turn it on or off with a tap of the camera button.
We have also added a countdown timer (3...2...1) on the receiver’s end which will allow them to get ready before joining.
