Why are end-users having trouble connecting after joining?

Help when the people you are trying to connect with cannot join the ICwhatUC session.

On some end-user devices, there may be security or permission settings that can limit or block the capabilities of ICwhatUC. These fall into 2 main categories.

Poor Quality Connections

If an end-user is able to connect, but the video quality is poor, or the audio is very quiet, they can try to reset their connection to the ICwhatUC session.  Instruct the end-user to press the Red Camera icon in their address bar twice, once to deactivate the camera & microphone.

On iOS devices:

Disconnect camerastop using camera
